Disability hate crime inquiry

May 28th, 2012 by

Disability campaigner Jonathan Bishop from Pontypridd is urging anyone with an online experience of disability-related hate crime to contact him ahead of a Parliamentary inquiry.

Mr Bishop, who runs the Trolling Academy initiative based in Swansea, wants as many Welsh experiences as possible to convey to the All Party Parliamentary Group for Young Disabled People’s Disability Hate Crime Evidence Session this June.

He said youngsters are as likely to be the victims as they are to be perpetrators of hate crime.

He can be contacted by visiting www.trollingacademy.org and clicking on “consultations”.
